Fast Feet Academy Philosophy
“Fast Feet Academy is dedicated to raising the level of interest and the overall competition level in Southeast Iowa.”
Fast Feet Academy is a supporting component of the overall soccer community in southeast Iowa. FFA focuses on individual player development for player’s of high school age. Group and individual sessions are designed for highly motivated soccer players. Players will be grouped and trained according to age.
Elite Camp Objectives
The High School Elite Camp is a four day camp that focuses on soccer specific speed, agility, coordination, basic technical training, and small-sided games to get players used to thinking while competing.
